This dataset aims at providing support material for developing general tracking algorithms. With 41 movies encompassing model systems in Biology, soft matter Physics and human activities it should contribute to the burgeonning of algorithms capable of processing virtually any kind of two-dimensional set of mobile objects.
All materials are provided under the terms of the non-commercial, share-alike Creative Commons license (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 ).
Anyone can contribute to this dataset, so feel free to submit materials (already published or not) by contacting the administrator (raphael.candelier@upmc.fr ).
Please note that the dynamical previews on this web page are limited to 200 frames. After download, the actual datasets may be significanlty longer or more resolved in time.
